1. These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements and deliveries of goods by or on behalf of the seller.

1. The full purchase price can be paid directly on the webshop or afterwards. Payment is made via iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact, or Klarna.

1. E4vintage will observe the greatest possible care when receiving and executing product orders.
2. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to the company.
3. Products will be shipped within 3 business days at the latest.
4. E4vintage is not responsible for lost and/or missing packages. E4vintage is also not responsible if the customer has entered the wrong delivery address. If the track & trace indicates that the package has been delivered, we do not accept liability.

1. The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 7 working days after receipt of the order. The period begins from the moment the consumer receives the order.
2. The buyer is obliged to first contact the seller to initiate the revocation.
3. The costs of a return shipment are for the buyer. The buyer must ensure that the products are returned in their original condition.
4. During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur (see returns).
5. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the return package has been received.

1. All items are vintage, which means the items are not new. The items always look good and any defects are always described. Therefore, there is no warranty.
2. E4vintage is not the manufacturer of the items, so the durability of the products cannot be guaranteed. Always take good care of your items.

1. If the seller cannot fulfill its obligations under the agreement, not in time, or not properly due to force majeure, it is not liable for damages suffered by the buyer.
2. If the force majeure continues for longer than 4 weeks, the buyer has the right to dissolve the agreement with immediate effect. Dissolution can only be done via a registered letter.

1. How do we handle the personal data of children under 16 years old? For children under 16 years old, we need consent from their parents/guardians to use our products and services. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the general terms and conditions and thereby gives consent.
