Returns & Exchanges

All items are vintage, which means they are not new. The items always look good, and any flaws are always described!

It can happen that you are not entirely happy with your vintage gem. It's a shame, but you can return your order to us. You can return the item at your own expense and in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets our return conditions. Once we have received and checked your package, you will receive a refund within 14 business days.

• Always send an email first if you wish to return an item; the return address will also be provided via email. Email: e4vintage@gmail.com
• Return shipping costs are at your own expense
• It is mandatory to send your return with track & trace; otherwise, your return cannot be accepted (Very important, keep the shipping proof of the return carefully!)
• The order must be returned in its original packaging
• Items must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you. The item must not have been worn, washed, or damaged. The tags must be attached to the item.
• Be careful with makeup: an item with makeup cannot be returned, unfortunately
• Returns outside of the 7-day period will not be accepted
• SALE items cannot be returned
• Items purchased via Instagram cannot be returned
