Returns & Exchanges

All items are vintage, which means they are not new. The items always look good, and any defects are always described!

It may happen that you're not completely happy with your vintage gem. That's a shame, but you can return your order to us, unlike other vintage clothing stores. You can return the item at your own expense and in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets our return conditions. Once we have received and checked your package, you will receive a refund within 14 business days.

• Always send an email first if you want to return an item; the return address will also be provided via email. Email: e4vintage@gmail.com
• Return costs are at your own expense
• It is mandatory to send your return with track & trace, otherwise your return cannot be accepted (Very important, keep the shipping receipt for the return safe!)
• The order must be returned in its original packaging
• Items must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you. The item must not have been worn, washed, or damaged. The labels must be attached to the item.
• Please be careful with make-up: an item with make-up cannot be returned
• Returns received after 7 days will not be accepted
• SALE items cannot be returned
• Items purchased via Instagram cannot be returned
